I *think* this is actually a religious song and I'm not religious, but this reminds me so much of growing up b/c my nana used to always listen to this CD. My (L) for him is something that has definitely carried over... not sure if it's b/c he's truly awesome or if it's just very nostalgic, but I adore him. Any one else?

Meeeee! Oddly enough, for the exact same reason:lol My grandmother actually wrote one of his hit songs. She adored him.

I love this song... it's a bit religious, but he wrote it to commemorate the death of his brother (mostly) and a cousin.

He also wrote a very nice, though sad Christmas song about his brother. I (L) Vince Gill!!!

ETA: His newest album box set is AMAZING!! Shows just how great an artist he is... I also saw him in concert recently, and he played virtually non-stop for almost 4 HOURS. That = Heaven
