kind of cheeeese?
I have cheese madness. I love salty cheeses, nothing too stinky.
I love Buffalo Mozzarella, and a type of provolone I discovered over here (there's like 30 varieties.)

Well I guess you are in a great place for your cheese addiction! I love feta on my salads and have a new found love of gouda...or is it ghouda?

I love most cheeses.. but for some reason I can't stand any blue cheese, no gorgonzola or anything of the like. It just does not tickle my palate. I'll eat feta cheese though. But Lately I've been addicted to the Laughing Cow cheese. YUM!

Fontina!!! (L)
Does it smell like moldy butt in America? I'm wondering if Fontina here is the same. We bought some to try and threw it out promptly.

Oh man.. no way! I like it because it's so mild... it's very creamy and buttery and smooth! I am not a fan of stinky cheeses either! Ryan likes them though! :pukey
Gouda is tasty too!
I also love fresh parm too! (L)
