I (L) ya, but how in the heck are you handling the no sugar diet? I did it for a week in January before a blood draw, and have since switched a lot of stuff to splenda, and only drink diet stuff or coke zero, but I gotta indulge every once in a while..

AF arrived this morning so chocolate of any kind is HEAVEN :) The mint and chocolate combined makes me think of a mint chocolate milkshake from B&R. YummmmmY.

Actually, I'm doing really good with it. I haven't had any "regular" soda, I haven't been eating sweet treats, I sweeten my coffee with sugar-free syrups (from Starbucks) or Splenda (at home).

I did actually indulge the last time I went grocery shopping and found a new ice cream that is HEAVEN!! It's Dryer's slow churned, FAT FREE, Chocolate Fudge Brownie. :drool

Very cool.. I have to say the sugar free hazelnut coffeemate is awesome.. That's the only thing I put in my coffee here at home most days..

I'm being "good".. drinking water with my horribly wonderful candy. :hehe
