I know that Jake feels bad for missing out on a month of the pregnancy while he's in NTC. He was so upset when our appointment with the perinatologist was 4 days after he left, and I know that he misses touching my belly and feeling/watching the baby move.

Today Jackson has been going a mile a minute. My ribs are sore from him, and I'm pretty convinced he's been punching my kidneys too (ok, it's probably just back pain from the weight of the belly, but still). There have been some really good movements that you could see from the outside, and I finally got my camera charged and ready to record some video for Jake.

As soon as I turn the camera on, little man stops moving. The second I turn it off, he starts again! He's been a stubborn little boy since the day I could feel him move. He must get that from his daddy :P

I'm sorry! Maybe we should get our little ones together to talk. My guy won't move for daddy at all! I've only felt kicks (externally) about 6 times. :(

When I was pregnant I swear the baby would play "tag" with DHs hand. He would put his hand up top and the baby would kick down below. He would move his hand down and little Tristan would move on top.....It was TOO funny!

Thats cute! Last night as soon as I laid down Sophie got hyper so my DH went and put his hand on my belly to feel it and she stopped!! He took his hand away and she kicked a bunch, he put it back and it stopped. He was so depressed, he wanted to feel her kick so bad. :( She does this every single time. He has felt her ONCE!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's baby is stubborn for daddy! I did just realize that when Jake comes back, I'll just have him keep his hand on my belly when I'm trying to sleep - that's Jackson's favorite time to give me a strong kick in the ribs and make me jump. I promised him a puppy if he stops, but I should just tell him, "You wait until your father gets home!"
