My oldest DD called me last night (she lives with her dad) while she was over at my moms house and was very excited to tell me all about her BOOBS!! :wow:wow:wow

She's 9!! I don't think I'm ready for the idea of one of my children having boobs.
She told me all about her bras and how her dad (the ex) wanted to run away when he took her shopping for bras and told her her & her sisters will all have big boobs like me. Good job dad!

I asked my mom if she really did have boobs or was she exaggerating and my mom said "Oh no, she's taking after you. She has boobs, small ones but she has them"

My mom was in denial about me having boobs... no joke... (I wasn't aware of this fact until a week ago when one of my friend's mom told me... she and my mom were friends back then) No one can deny I have them now though.

Awe. It's a good thing she's proud of them, if not for anything else, but because she won't feel ashamed or embarrassed by her changing body. I bloomed early and had no one to make me feel like it was okay...it was awkward.
