I have been writing my DF everyday...but does this sound like a correct ship number #..Ship0505? Is their even such thing as that number? I have been looking around alot, and I have seen ship # s like 06 07, 14, 17, 03, etc. The recruiter is the one that gave his grandma that address...could I get some sort of confirmation that this is a ship number or not a ship number. If it's the wrong address will he even get my letter? I'm sooo worried right now. I have yet to have any returned letters.

from what i know the ship numbers only go from 1-17

I remember the address my DH's recruiter gave me was really strange so I ended up emailing someone at GL and getting it. I try and find the contact information right now.

well its different in boot camp. its not an actual ship. lol don't freak out yet, Like in boot camp for me, we went by platoon numbers and mine was 4027. If you have concerns go ask your local recruiter.

well i'm pretty sure that if you got his division number right and his name it'll get to him but it'll take a little longer or they'll just send it back.

lucky you, i have a few friends that have had troubles with the PAO saying that they can't give out any information or whatnot and to wait until they sent you mail, it's ridiculous.

when i went there for my husband's graduation, the didn't have him on the flipping list and i had to go running around wherever else just to get a freaking stamp on my hand.

I was able to retrieve his address from his grandmother who contacted his recruiter the day after he had arrived. I found out that I have been writing his Ship number wrong. His division is 252 and I have been writing his Ship number 0505. I was wondering if he will receive those letters with the ship number written that way but his division correct. If I can get any confirmation that the letters I sent have gotten there and he has received them, it would be helpful. Thank you.
