My hubby is in the NG (currently deployed) so we don't live on a base. I was wondering if anyone was close to me. It would be nice to have some military friends in my area. I live in Stephenville, TX. Its about 90 miles south-west of Dallas/Fort Worth. I am also about 120 miles from Dyess AFB.

I live near Denton. My best friend had (or still has can't remember) family in Stephenville.

Where is Denton?? It sounds familar but not sure where it is.

Its north of Dallas... I actually live in Lake Dallas, a small town between Lewisville and Denton.. Denton is where University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University are.
