I took the kids for their yearly well baby checkups today. Anyway everything was good and they had to have a few shots as I expected, but one thing I didn't expect was our PMC giving the kids a book each and not a cheap one either. He said that the clinic was trialing a new program. He said because studies have found that reading to kids helps their vocab and helps kids get ready for school and everything else, the clinic has decided to give each kid that comes in for their well baby check a brand new book. I was like :wow That's got to be a bit of money.
