make homemade baby food? If so, how? How can you store it? Do you find it easier/cheaper than just buying off the shelf?

There are a TON of recipes online for homemade baby food. :) I stored it in take & toss containers or used baby food jars.

Ohh yes. Buy a foodmill-they're cheap and really effective. No need for a fancy food processor at all. You can use ice cube trays or popcicle trays to freeze it, or bags if you like.

I make some every two weeks...I have a good supply but not too much because I dont want it to get icky...I freeze them in ice cube trays...After they are frozen I transfer them to baggies and then into a big freezer bag with the food labled and the date it was made.

I made baby food for my son when he was a baby. I would freeze them in ice cube trays, makes for great little portions. :)
