LaneyBug 06-20-2008, 01:48 PM I couldn't sign up because DH is supposed to be gone right before then, but I'm curious about how Theresa is doing too. I know she has been sick the last few days. Theresa 06-20-2008, 04:24 PM Bah! I was down for the count on Tuesday and Wednesday and yesterday it still upset my stomach to even walk around the house, so I haven't been able to run ALL FREAKING WEEK! It kills me too. Tomorrow I'll do my 30 minutes of swimming and Sunday is a 4 mile run. Next week I'll be back on track upping my 3 miles to 3½ and my Sunday run will be 5 miles. It's going good...I just wish it was going better. I'm nervous as hell about finishing, but everyone says it's all in the mind...so I'm working on that part of it as well. :D jlbecker 06-23-2008, 09:36 AM I couldn't sign up because DH is supposed to be gone right before then, but I'm curious about how Theresa is doing too. Theresa 06-23-2008, 12:42 PM Dang, 7 miles already! This Sunday will be my longest run so far at 5 miles. I'm following a novice training schedule though, so I'm not worrying about speedwork and pace times and such. Maybe next year. :lol Good job! |
