so my fiance deployed late last night :( i dont think it really hit me yet. i cried a couple days before but now that he is actually gone im thinking maybe im in shock or something. i feel horrible but i havent been crying. i know when i get that phone call or letter i will cry like a baby!

You'll be okay, and that is normal, sometimes it doesn't hit till later. That happened when DB left for training, I didn't cry really hard till after he left.

My DB left at the same time, he's an MP...they might be in the same unit! PM me, we can support each other through this. I know exactly what you're going through. I'm only on day 2 of this deployment, and I'm walking around with this horrible empty feeling and I just want it to go away. It will get a little better though (from what I've heard).
We're all here for each other. :)
