Anything new and fun? I would love an update!

I finally got my DB's dog!! His ex had her for 2 months so the kids could have her, but the ex is deploying too so I get the doggie finally!! So nice having another living soul in the house!

Almost half way thru the deployment. I got the sweetest email from DB last night and I just fell more in love with him!! Can't wait til he gets back!! That's my news!:D

Nothing exciting here. I spent the weekend chillin in our new hammock. It's big enough for 2. I can't wait until DB comes home and we can test it out. I have 3 teleconference presentations to do at work this week. Yawn. Oh, I did book 4 days at the beach for my son and I in August! He is super excited about that. I can't wait to eat Fisher's popcorn and Thrashers french fries and go on rides and see the wild ponies on Assateague and just have fun. :) And I think I may take a day off next week and go to an amusement park with my son. I feel the need for some thrill rides and cartoon characters and stuff. Basically, I'm doing anything and everything to distract myself from his absence and silence. I am really ready for all of this to be over with already.

I drank like a fish last Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. I'm recovering now.

Thursday night, my friends from Texas were in town. Hello bar night :)

Friday night, it was a girls night. Hello bar again :D

Saturday night, friends band playing in town. Hello bar X3 :grin:

Red Sox game Sunday with my friend from Texas. Hello expensive beers :P

Now, I'm recovering. I haven't done a marathon like that since college. :pukey

nothing going on aroung here...same ol same ol...im actually working out...and im pretty darn proud of myself...i want to get fit for db's homecoming...he was so buff when he came hom on R&R that made me want to go work out and a lose a few pounds and get fit...so thats my mission right now..lol

I've been running around getting ready for DB to get back home. Finally got his flight info (he's in KS) am picking up his DD tonight and she and I are going to spend tomorrow decorating the apartment and hanging out getting ready for him to come home. I got offered a new teaching job up where we will be moving to. Busy busy these days!!!

Moving into my new condo next weekend! :yay :yay :yay And DB's parents are driving all the way from AZ to help me.
