I have bisquick and shredded sharp cheddar cheese... can i just throw in a few cups of cheese to their box recipe for biscuits and have good biscuits?
I don't have anything else to make biscuits with and I really want some cheesey biscuits... but don't know anything about making them or changing/adding to recipes.

I HIGHLY recommend this recipe if you have the ingredients on hand. It is SOOOO good, tastes just like the red lobster cheddar bay biscuits.
Ingredients
* 2 cups Bisquick
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Heat oven to 450.
Combine Bisquick, milk, and cheddar cheese.
Stir together.
Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
In a small sauce pan combine butter, garlic powder and old bay seasoning.
Heat until butter is melted.
Spoon butter mixture over hot biscuits.
Eat em' up!
They are YUMMY!

yum Brandis recipe sounds goooooooood but yes you can do that ive done it before:P i usually put alot in the middle and then mix it in as well:D

I would LOVE to do your recipe brandi! but we have NO seasonings beyond salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.
but I suppose it'll still taste good if it is just cheesy and buttery...

Cheesy biscuits sound YUMMY!!! I would make them that way, sounds good to me!

I've never HEARD of old bay seasoning... im excited :D I LOOOOOVE red lobster biscuits.
They once gave me like 20 in a to go box :giggle
I do it with even more cheese than the recipe calls for; sometimes almost a whole cup. It's good. I teach my students to make these biscuits at school.

me either for some reason when i read it i thought old spice...as in deodorant lol
