I am SOOOOOOOOOOO excited(or as Borat would say-"very excite") to have this new sub forum because dh & I are planning to buy sometime next yr & we have tons of questions, but I also have noticed on the boards that there are loads of questions from other potential homebuyers too so I am excited!!!
