So it got pointed out in my thread in the photo album that Sirago can't be AKC registered because he has white toes on his back feet.
Why would they have given us the paperwork to register him if he doesn't qualify? And what would have happened if we had sent it in already? (Good thing I procrastinate I guess!)

wellllll you can always search the breed standards up on the net, just make sure to look under breed and sex. ;) thats what I did for my german shepard.

NO NO NO...if you have the papers then is an AKC dog, you can register him...
You can go on the AKC site and read the Lab standards for showing, but I think thats a no no for that.

Yeah you can register dogs if you have the paperwork but he doesn't qualify to be shown, I'm pretty sure.

He is registrable no matter what. What it is, he isn't show quality. He can't be shown if he has a 'defect' of some kind.
