the thing is she only eats like 3 or 4 bites of food from every meal then she just refuses or spits it up any sugestions:dunno

Is she sick? Do you give her a lot of snacks during the day? Do you make something else if she dosn't like one thing?

You don't need to make two to make sure people see it... most people click the 'new posts' button so will see it no matter where you put it.

Don't make meal time a battle. IE: Fight when she doesn't eat. Just simply put the choice there for her. ( sometimes giving her a choice is helpful as well, ie you can have mac and cheese or spaghetti) If she doesn't want it then let her know that those are her choices and when she says she is hungry offer her the same choices.

The hard part is that you have to keep your cool, and make sure you don't allow her to see your frustrations.

My DD is only one but she just got over a spell doing the same thing at meal times. Her first couple teeth have finally arrived. Is there any chance she may be having some gum or tooth pain?
