Tomorrow I go in and have our loan rewritten. The way it is now isn't working correctly and its charging $1000s in crazy fees. We can't go VA because they use extra stuff and add that into our debt to income ratio which puts us over by like $100 or something silly like that. So I have my fingers crossed that this new loan will make everyone happier and we can still close on the 21st!

Well it wasn't exactly rewritten. We had it redone by a different company. They got it to work wonderful and couldn't figure out why the other loan from the other company was charging so much extra. This loan is cheaper all the way around.

We're thrilled. We'll close some time this month. The actual closing date is the 31st but we want to close ASAP and so do the sellers!
