I got tattled on by the neighbor and it really pissed me off! Almost every single other neighbor has more than I do. I'm not over the allowance right now though anyway. Housing here is lax on my street right now because we have a few neighbors who are grandfathered into 3 because they were here before this manager took over. Most people here have 2 or 3 dogs and then cats... and other caged critters.
