I went in today and got a different home loan. It works out better. We can meet everything the sellers want, we have 0 down payment, 0 closing, we'll get money back at closing AND the monthly payment is only $102 more than we are paying for rent right now. :bliss :bliss :bliss

Yes we do!!!! Its just about perfect. There are minor changes we'd like to make in the future but it had that "we're home" feeling and we couldn't pass it by.
