i know they're not a full service vet. i normally only go there for any medications i need and vaccines.

but does anyone know if they do any type of blood work there? i'm concerned that maybe gwen isn't eating cause there's something wrong with her and i'd like to take her there if possible since it's cheaper.

agh! see this is why i'm so frustrated!

she WOULD NOT eat this morning. she went up to the bowl, sniffed it, then walked away...

but tonight she chowed down...

so she's eating, just sporadically and not nearly as much as she should be. i would just feed her as much as she needs to eat at night so she's getting it and has all day to get hungry for it, but i can't do that. i can't give her that much food at once. i'm terrified of her bloating.

I have no idea. usually anything other then shots or meds you need to make an appointment with the vet rather then seeing the vet tech. In WA it was like months to see the vet, they actually would tell us you are better off taking them to a regular vet then waiting for an appointment.

i've been to our vet out in town so much with buddy recently that i just don't want to go there for a while :lol i'm sure they think i'm the crazy lady who freaks out about everything involving her dogs

(but i guess i really am that lady :teehee i just don't want others to know :shhh)

ETA: p.s. i found someone on the bottom of gwen's foot! what's with me and my dogs' feet?!? :lol but it looks like a little pimple type thing she's had before elsewhere on her, so i'm not worrying about it unless it gets bigger.
