WHOA I weigh 120 lbs. now...what a accomplishment from the 135 I was 4 months ago...:) :yay I told my DH that I was going to lose all my baby weight and I only have 5 more pounds to go... (yes my son is almost two and Im just now getting around to it lol)...:yay

...and how did you do it? Mine's not baby fat - it's yucky medication fat that won't go away! 5 down, 10 to go (I'll settle for 5). Help!

How did you do it? I wanna lose about 15 pounds. Just eat healthy and work out?

Yeah, that's kinda what I'm thinking. I've still got about 40 pounds of baby weight to lose..... and my "baby" is almost 14. :D
Congrats on getting your pre-baby body back. I'm jealous, but I'm really happy for you.

Really hard work is how I did it. I walk 2 miles in 30 mintues (yes you have to walk very very fast lol). I try to eat as healthy as possible even if its when I have to eat out. Instead of getting a burger or something extremely greasey and breaded I try to get something like a chicken wrap. Also I only eat until Im almost full...I eat smaller portions. Another big thing is not to eat unless your really hungry. I try to cut out on all the snacks if I can. If I really just have to have one then I usually just go with a Rice Krispy Treat...they only have 90 calories!! Then on top of all that at night I do 50 jumping jacks (I don't know if they help any but at least its some sort of excersize) I also do like 30 crunchs and then I lay on my back and bring my legs up and down in the air very sloooowly which helps with your abs. I guess thats about all I have done. Oh and the number one big thing! Drink nothing but water. Thats been the hardest one for me. Just stoping drinking sodas made me lose five pounds! Anways I hope this was helpful!
