I am not sure if this is the right place for this so I apoligize if it isn't. We are leaving tomorrow to go visit DHs family in Oregon. DH wants to wear his Class A's. Is that okay? Also, if he does, I can just wear whatever since we are not at a function right?

Sure, he can wear them. He just needs to be sure he wears the full uniform correctly (you never know who might be there to notice something awry). You should dress decently but comfortably for the flight; no need to dress up but don't go slumming it.
