I knew it was coming but what a suprise. :cheer:cp I am suprised that he has good taste. :teehee:smitten I was just wondering if alot of you have gotten packages. An he sent me 2 handbags. One is a FENDI!! Has anyone gotten stuff like this. Sorry but wondering. It does help to get something from overthere.

My DB has sent me 2 packages so far :) one had silk scarfs and 2 shawls from Singapore and the other had a world globe made of stone :) I have always wanted one. I love getting things from over seas and it makes it even more special because they are things he thought about and remembered I liked :)

That sounds like a cartouche pendant..DH got them for all the women in the family while he was in Bahrain.. They're very cool. Ours have our name in English one one side and our name in Arabic on the other.

The only thing he ever sent home were blankets he bought... all the rest, including all our jewelry that was purchased there he brought back with him in his luggage.

Dh sent me alot of jewlery while he was overseas. I've got a bunch of necklace and earing sets, and he also sent me a bunch of loose stones-I've got a get of red, a set of white and a set of blue star sapphires and they are GEORGEOUS!!! I'm plannng on getting them all set together. HE also sent me about a 7 ft. (it's 7 ft accross because it's round) fur rug that is HEAVEN!!! I love it so much it's actually hanging on the wall above my bed:P It's got brown, tan and white fur arranged in a flower pattern. I love getting packages:P

the first was on valentine's day, which may not sound so special, but we had only met once, and had just began being exclusive like a week before...it was a HUUUUUUUUUGE teddy bear and a dozen red roses with the cutest card




then another time I posted a bulletin on myspace about how badly I wanted Sweeney Todd on dvd, and sure enough, 2 days later =)
