I cant remember the age. If it is 6 months and under or 1 year and under to stay away from DEET in an insect repellant. Does the bottle say anything about if under such and such age consult a physician?

I think you are supposed to keep DEET away from kids in general, at high levels. It is a carcinogen.
As long as the directions don't say you can't put it on the baby I think you are fine. But you might be better off spraying it on your hand then rubbing it onto him.
ETA I think OFF skintastic, or fantastic(whatever it is called) is fine. That is what we use.

Here is a link that should be very helpful! Your 7% should be fine to use.

That is what my DR recommened for me because I'm pregnant and you aren't suppose to be around high levels of deet. They said it was really good.
I used the off family light wipes not spray.

avon's bug stuff I heard was ok...I wouldn't put any on an 8 month old though because they do and will stick their ha.nds in their mouths and then eat the bug spray
