:sigh DH called this morning and he didn't sound depressed or anything but today was the first day he said "I want to come home" I have held it together so well but hearing him say that really broke my heart :( I know hes been wanting to come home as soon as he left but hearing him say it was so hard. Hes been soo good at staying positive and not letting me get down or anything so I just hope that I can keep him positive without him getting down...we still have till November...but I swear the time is coming to a stand still! Okay...:carryon!

I heard that a lot too. suddenly Iraq was a penitentiary when he said it.

He'll be home eventually... and you won't have to hear "I wanna come home" you'll hear "I never want to say goodbye."

I know how you feel when I hear mines say I miss you more than you know babe more than you know it kills me but then to actually hear him say he wants to come home it does get to you chin up girl we can do this together I am here for you!

it kills me to here DF say that too...it makes me cry.

I feel bad for him because all I can say is ...I want you home too...but I try to be positive and say it wont be much longer...but its so hard to be positive when they are being negitive! GR...stupid deployments!

Yeah it should only be 3 months till he comes home...then they had to go and extend him for another month so now he wont be home till November :(
