My DB deployed 2 weeks ago, and it sucks. I work in a school, so I am on summer vacation and have waaaay too much time on my hands. Trying to find some hobbies. What does everyone else do in their spare time?

I'm on summer vacation from school too. I totally feel for you. I love to knit. And I'm finally starting to scrapbook all of our wedding pictures and the rest of my pictures. I also sew.

try going to a recreation and joining a sport of some sort! or gettin involved with an activity they have there =]

If you have craft or fabric stores in your area, many of them offer classes. All types.

I sew, do scrap booking and dog sports.

I do model cars and am learning how to sew... it really helps keep my hands and mind busy
