So I got photoshop elements and i'm wondering how people make siggies or the little avatar boxes and such. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Well I get all my art clips mostly from photobucket.com.

I make a certain size canvas box and decided which background. I open any clipart. I cut out the clipart and paste it on my canvas and I add text in the canvas box. I hope that helps.
