Yup, that was the saddest part. How could anyone be happy that their daughter sees them self as not needing an education (it doesn't actually say that, but I think it is safe to say that it is inferred) because they will just get by on looks?

I think that mom is fucking off her damn rocker! She is dressing up her child like a litle slut and it WILL bite her in the arse later. I don't understand AT ALL why you would want your CHILD and that's what she is A CHILD to dress up like a fucking $2 hooker. She showing the CHILD that all that matters in life is her looks and her body. Check back in with that kid 10 years from now and it WILL NOT be pretty. My friend was like that when we were in Elementary school. Her mom was totally in it more than my friend. My mom made her dresses because her dad told the mom to stop spending all his money. It was very glamorous, and I admit I wanted it too, but looking on it as an adult I'm glad I didn't. Kids have no idea what pedophiles are. So of course they want to do it. That is so disturbing, really. I think what makes me the MOST sad is the repetition about how ALL the girls around her are like that. The idea that she is just the on publicized is sadder than her being just the only one.

When I was little, I wanted to be a famous actress SOOOO badly. My mom said that I had to be a kid first... and THEN I could decide to get into acting when I was through with school. The mother is living through her daughter. Her mom is 31... in my opinion she even looks way older than that. The mother is leading her daughter down a dangerous road. When did her daughter ever get to be a kid. Sad and disgusting. Her young little body is not made for all of the primping and tanning.
