I was just curious if any of you ladies had an SO stationed at Lackland or lived in the San Antonio area? I've been living down here for a couple of months and can't say I've seen too many ladies on the board that are from around here

i live in s.a. in fact i am about 5 minutes from lackland gate lol i live off military drive.

i don't live there...but i'm really familiar with the base since i was in basic/tech school at lackland. :D

I will probably be down there tomorrow :D But I live in Killeen *sigh*

i lived there almost my whole life. My stepmom works at randolph has for like 15 years now.

There are a few ladies that do live there, but mainly SO's who are going to AIT or BCT. I live about 180 miles east of there.

I live here. We have been here almost 4 years. I live closer to Randolph, though. My husband is at Ft. Sam at the Navy Recruiting District office and soon to be retiring, hopefully.

Thats mostly what I've come to realize that most people down here are here for basic or tech school instead of permanent party like DH

Good luck with retiring! I was just at Ft. Sam the other day for a dr. appt. at BAMC :)

I will be relocating back to sam houston once the hubby comes home from deployment. Glad to see someone else in the area!

Lucky duck!! We'd love to go back to Ft. Sam! The beach is not that great in comparison, nope.
