So I am writing this essay, and it is continuing on with a list... please tell me if the bolded is proper punctuation.. if not, should they be colons? Should the top one (after "limted to) be semi-colon, and the bottom ones (after each numbered title) be colons? Dashes? HELP!

change periods to ";" except for the last line

All the semi-colons should be colons, pretty much the only time you use semi-colons is making two smaller sentences that can stand alone into one longer sentence. But when you are listing items, use a colon :
