do you use an eyeshadow base? what brand?

I used to. I believe it was the brand Benefit. Then I realized it worked just as well to take a tiny bit of foundation and put powder over it.

Hands down, the best out there is Urban Decay's Primer.

bronzer. any bronzer - i know it sounds weird, but in the summer it looks natural and beautiful!

I don't , but then I hardly wear makeup

I use Clinique touch tint as a base. I like it because it stays on all day without rubbing off.

MACs paints

I use Urban Decay Primer potion (UDPP)
I also like MAC paints and shadesticks, but I use those more to make the eyeshadow do something different.
If you can't afford MAC, NYX makes shadesticks that are pretty awesome.
