Try as I might after 2 or so hours heels piss my feet off! I salute people who wear them to work and to do errands. How did you get your feet to go along with that?? :lol I want to be able to do it! Do you just take 3 advil and go? I need to know the secret to wearing heels for more than a couple of hours!

Ugh, as cute as I think they look, I never wear heels. I can't stand the way they feel. Definitely amazed by people that wear them all of the time. They must have super strong ankles. I would rather look at other people wearing them, than cause myself the grief of wearing them myself. I will stick to my chacos. :)

I have "dancer's feet". My arches are pretty high and my toes are slender. My feet are actually less comfortable in flats, because it makes my arch ache. So I wear heels pretty often to work. Yesterday I wore jeans with hot pink stilettos :giggle (Little did I know we were having a 200 deep Town Hall Meeting and now I'm known as the girl in the pink shoes). The only problem I run across with most heels is blisters.

Thats so strange, because I have super high arches, and long slender toes, and heels KILL me. I prefer a flat with awesome arch support. :)

Hmm Maybe it has to do with the ball of our feet? I dunno, I just always feel comfy in heels :giggle I have killer calves too, I dunno if that affects it. For some reason, no matter what my state of fitness is, I always have bad ass calves :rofl

Very possible that the balls of our feet are different. ha! Did I just compare balls with another woman? bahahha.

I have the other end of the spectrum, my thighs are my killer part. I have always had strong thighs, with great definition. Maybe it's because of the shoes we wear? I might have to change the stroke of my cycling to try to work those calves out, instead of my upper leg muscles, so I can wear a pair of heels every once in a while. I am super jealous. lol. :)

I always wear heels to work and my feet kill me by the end of the day. If you find some crazy way for them not to, let me know.

sometimes you just have to suck it up. Don't take them off because putting them back on is killer so if you are gonna wear them wear them till the end. that is what i have to do, taking them off just asks for trouble.

I love heels. I feel weird in flats, I feel short, even though I am 5'8" barefoot! I have slender feet, that might be part of it.

i hate heels, i think they look weird on me. the closest i get is pinup heels or something with a bit of a platform on the heel like these:

I think alot of the pain has to do with not walking in them properly, not standing tall, shifting your weight on to your heels, not swinging your hips, or not pushing your chest out..

It's really something you have to practice to be good at. Once you learn how to walk in them, they don't hurt.. :shrug

:yes I hate wearing heels too. I only have 2 pairs and they have really really short heels. One was from my wedding and I forget why I got the other one. I haven't worn heels in years though. :giggle

OMG I'm so in love with heels! I wear 4" heels all the time. I never go under or over that height! Anything from Charlotte Russe or Bebe is my friend!
I wear heels with jeans, dresses, never shorts, dress pants.. lol
There really is no trick to it. I was in modeling since I was born really, & at a certain point, you wear heels 24/7, so I'm used to it.
PLUS... I'm vertically challenged!! lol I'm short! And heels help fix the problem!!
I'm 5'3"/5'4"... DB is like, 6'1"/6'2".. lol so heels help me there too!!! hahahaha

yeah, in pilates when we stretched our feet we would stand on our tip toes trying to put our weight between big and second toe. Is that how youre supposed to be in heels?
So you have to stand tall, swing hips, point bust and concentrate weight on your toes?

I always thought so. :shrug If you can do it with the least amount of strain on your muscles, it makes you less sore..

How to video!! :yahoo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usrs6cm2vQg

I can always tell when a lady doesn't know how to walk in heels, cause she walks like a duck.. There was alot of them at homecoming, they looked silly to me. :giggle
