Anyone have a good recipe. I know how to make it, but I want something different...

I just normally dredge mine in milk, then in a flour mixture with some salt and pepper (repeat process twice so it gets extra coated), then fry it up in super hot oil. Its not "Different" but it sure is GOOD! :D

We always make chicken fried steak with it

Bowl of milk, bowl of flour. In the bowl of milk pour worchi sauce into it. In the flour add garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt and lemon pepper and mix

Dip in milk, then flour, then milk, then flour until heavily battered and fry it up in some oil :drool

I use them for swiss steak...mccormick has a bag n season that tastes pretty good. It calls for round steak but I always used cube steak.

I sear them until I see no more pink, season with salt and pepper. I then i make brown gravy pour over top, and the top off with either cream of celery or cream of mushroom plus one can of water and let simmer for 30 min...

I see "tube steak". I've been afraid to join in on the conversation but the sweet tea made me do it. :giggle
