Several questions!

Have any of you been to Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch? Is it any good?

Also, what is there to do within a 30 min drive of San Antonio (Randolph AFB to be exact) - aside Sea World, the Zoo, River Walk & The Alamo?

Last but not least, would any of you care to go out for some drinks (or even coffee) on Thursday night?

Just saw this.......

I have never been to the Natural Bridge Wildlife but have heard that it is okay. They do charge for every person in the car, so if you have kids, it can get pretty pricey.

Not sure what you are wanting to do........but there is Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Splashtown(ITT has discount tickets for 9.00), you could always go tubing on the rivers. Six Flags is not to terribly far from Randolph. Of course the weather might not be cooperating for some of those things. I'm not far from Randolph but I'm not available tomorrow. Sorry. Are you staying at Randolph?

Thanks for responding!
DD isn't quite old enough for 6 flags, so thats out. We've been thinking about Schlitterbahn (I have a season pass for the one in Galveston) but not sure what this hurricane weather will be doing tomorrow. I guess we'll have to play it by ear.

I'll probably be staying at Randolph - or at a friend's near by.

I believe you will still have to purchase tickets for the Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels even though you have a season one to Galveston. I believe a couple years ago it didn't matter which park you had the season pass at, you could go to either of them, but they have changed that policy now. If you have a little one, Splashtown is great and inexpensive for the most part. They have a great area for little ones. The childrens' museum downtown is nice. Also at Rolling Oaks Mall, they have one of those jumpy places in the mall. Inflatable world or something like that.........I have never actually been to it, go to the mall lots but not the jumpy place.
I believe they are predicting rain for most of tomorrow on and off.

yeah, they gave me a little coupon booklet with coupons for the other schlitterbahns. I checked out spashtown, that looked better for DD & cheaper!

thanks again for the ideas!

No problem. Glad that I could offer you some suggestions. My kids are all older so I'm not up on all the stuff for much younger ones. :) How are you enjoying the weather today? So, glad that it is cool today considering my ac went out sometime last night and someone can't come out until tomorrow morning.
