Wow. this home stuff is crazy! :screwy so much money at stake, so much to think about.

we're looking through another home tonight. It definetly has some things i'd change (like the purple and aquamarine bedroom for one :mumble) but it has a lot of great things like an included washe/dryer and one of those fridges that have the freezer on the bottom. I've always loved those. And a two car heated garage, however i'd hate to think of how much that would cost. But anyway......don't you wish you could take the best of each house and roll it into the perfect house?

Yeah I don't think I could buy a house, I am too picky, I'd have to build. At least renting I just keep saying, "it's only for x months or x years". The house we are in at the moment, every room is a different color and not just the walls, that carpets too.
