So i was watching this tut. on youtube about putting cream liner on your waterline and i was wondering if there are "cheaper" (not mac, not sephora) brands that I could get at walmart and use.

It's news to me, both the term waterline and cream liner :giggle

Loreal makes a decent one, I think it's their HIP Pigments or whatever it's called.

I wouldn't trust anything from walmart on my face, so I have no clue...but the key to cream liner is a great slanted brush!

The brush is key. You could put on dog poop with that brush and it would look gorgeous, I swear. It was probably the smashbox brush, right? I have three of them, I'm so afraid I will lose one:giggle That's how good the brush is!

Ooohh, Elizabeth! I love that color! I have to be super picky about my makeup because I have the sensitive skin form hell, so I tend to stick with certain brands...but I so wish I could buy that, it's pretty!

:duh I was thinking cream COLORED liner.. I was like "well I've heard of white on your inner lids..." :roflmao :duh :duh :duh

:creep

I personally love the HIP colors too! They are awesome! I love the shade of purple, it really make my green eyes pop without looking like 1980's liner.... :tu

I use that one in the brown, and haven't had any major problems. I have yet to find the perfect eyeliner that's easy to apply. I tend to go for the smudgy brown. That HIP one is the only one I can make a close to perfect line with. I might have to spring for some high quality liner at some point.

I love using colored liners, but usually use them on the bottom lashes! Teal is my fave!

Does the brown end up looking pretty dark? Or is it more irridescent? My sister uses black, and I have the purple, but for my eyeliner daily, I like black/brown for my eyelids, otherwise my eyes look so beady and small... :roflmao

It's pretty dark, and solid in color if that makes sense.
When I want a lighter more iridescent brown i use Almay's brown pencil liner. It's not so heavy, and smudges nicely for me for casual every day.

No, that makes total sense... that's what I was thinking.. how some shades of brown almost look like a see-through line, but I like it to be a solid color. That's good to know, I might pick some up! Thanks dear! (L)

No prob bob.

I like the HIP line. When I go to the states I want to try some of the other color liners and some of their shadows. Pretty decent stuff for drugstore.

Our cosmetic section here blows, so I go a lil gaga in the States. My family thinks I'm psycho when I first get back every yr.

&& I wear contacts, and so far this stuff is NOT on them! Thank the holy lord! it was 10.80, so roughly 10 bucks cheaper than sephora's. (20 bux)
