How often do you switch what you are using?
I do whenever I run out I will buy something else, usually sunsilk or garnier fructise but I alternate.
I find that just switching products makes my hair feel sooo good.
I was out of conditioner this morning and used my sister's "Horton Hears a Whoberry" shampoo with no knot stuff or something. My hair feels wonderful! the only downside is the smelling like fruit :lol

I switch every time (or every other time) I buy products. I stagger it though, really. It's actually proven to be good for your hair to switch because products tend to cause residue buildup, and switching to a new product washes out the residue of the old one.

I think ours is like blueberry maybe? I might have fruit scent identification issues, though. :lol
I just love how light my hair feels today.

I normally use Biolage, but every couple of bottles I will switch to a different brand, go through one bottle of that, then switch back.

Usually when I run out of one I get a different one. I'm a person who likes variety, and DH is not, so when he was deployed I think I had 5 kinds of shampoo and conditioner all at the same time, LOL! My latest trend has been the Granier, then Sunsilk, now Aussie. Dove is next on my list.

I switch when something new catches my eye in the store or a magazine.
