Does anyone use this page? I know we are updated in the system, but it won't let me use this... is it the sponsor SS or the EFM's? Sponsors's Birthdate or EFM's? Is it rate or rank?

Do you mean it said you aren't enrolled in the EFMP, or did it not recognize the information you provided?

When we were getting Gabe's updated, the EFM desk said that the site isnt working properly. And not to rely on it, to call the EFM desk to get info. Gabe's doesnt show up as being enrolled in EFM either.

you are supposed to use sponser info and every family memeber that is enrolled should be listed.
