I haven't but I use CoverGirl Line Exact liquid liner and it's pretty fantastic

I don't on a regular basis but I've had it used on me plenty of times while working:yes It's definitely a secret weapon to have in your arsenal if you have a ton of eyeshadows already! It's pretty amazing stuff. :tu
