We're getting ready to PCS and I'm feeling extra stressed this time. Can my PCM prescribe me a low dose anti anxiety med or does she need to refer me to someone else? I just have too much on my plate and I think I would benefit from a little extra help so I don't go crazy :banghead:hehe

They can prescribe them to you . Some doctors want you to see a counselor also.

yeah they gave me a really low dose of xanex when DH deployed...lol

My doc perscribed me anxiety meds. I think it all depends on your doc and how he wants things done.

My PCM prescribed me anxi-anxiety meds.
