however - the heels are WAY too high for me. does anyone know where i can find some cute red pinup shoes with a lower heel - maybe 1.5-2" ? i feel like a total dork but i know if i try to wear these i am going to fall over in a minute! :shock

OOOOO those are what my mom and I would call cha cha shoes. I love them. Maybe you could just look for some with a thicker heel. A friend of mine can't walk in heels to save her life, but with a thicker heel she looks like a pro.

that's true, i do MUCH better in a thicker heel.

my feet are flat also so i have problems scrunching my feet into heels that are too high.
