Okay, I am wanting to get my hair colored and I'm new to the area. I know there was a topic about a good place to get your hair cut, but I need a good place to get it colored also. I live in Serra Mesa. I don't want to go to a super expensive place either. I'm sure all of you are familiar with the budgeted life here. lol Anyways, any help would be great.
