... that i'm married and not on my parent's insurance. HAHA

i'm enrolled in deers, i have my military id... is there anything else? i was wondering because i need to fill my bc perscription soon and realized i won't know how! will tricare honor my current perscription?... and is my military id my insurance card too? ps, i'm not near base.. will that matter, like can i just go to target like always?

Is your husband active duty? You have to also enroll in Tricare, after you enroll in DEERS. Your ID card will be your insurance card as well, but you have to make sure that your current pharmacy accepts Tricare.

yes he's active duty. i'll have to ask him if i'm all squared away with tricare. once that's taken care of... then it's just a matter of finding a pharmacy who'll take tricare then right?

Pretty much. Just make sure you're enrolled in Tricare Prime. If you're far away from a base then you have to be enrolled in Tricare Prime Remote
