Ok ladies, I'm thinking about starting a petition for MCCS personel rudeness. I heard a story yesterday from another spouse (i'm testing that one out). All the crap that I hear and that I've experienced is driving me nuts. I'm wondering what problems, if any, that everyone has had. I'm not going to report anyone. I'm wanting everyone's thoughts and opinions. THanks ladies!:vent

the best thing anyone can do is complain to the customer relations person any and every time you experience rudeness.

everyone has a boss, go over that persons head. Don't stop with one person. trust me that boss doesn't want to hear complaints. and if enough people complain then things can change.

I haven't heard anything like that, but I'm not there yet so IDK. Lejeune has an ICE system. Does KBay have one?

I work for MCCS in the HR dept, and we have a ICE system. I strongly encourage you to go and use it if K-Bay has one. I would be very surprised if they didn't.

I've been on base for oh gosh 7 years and have never had one problem with anyone from MCCS......but that's not to say there aren't bad apples out there.

Any issues I've had have been addressed and we've used alot of the services on base.

Every ICE comment goes directly to the Director of MCCS, then it is sent to the division in which the comment is about. Have you thought about going into the HR office there and talking to the director of HR? They might be able to help you out as well.
