i grew up in cannon beach oregon. we moved to woodburn, oregon a few months ago. so I am trying to find some military wives/girlfriends that are close that can relate what I am going through and possibly meet up someday. I lived in Gearhart for about a year in 2001. I did not have a car and I was stuck at home with a newborn but at least I had the beach! I lived right on the beach it was very pretty. Do you know the retirement home at the edge of seaside? Well my dh was doing the plumbing for that building and he did not want to have to commute and since we had a family condo we just packed up for a short move. :)

I grew up in Eugene. I love Salem, yet easy to get lost in. My whole family lives in Oregon. There are many places in Oregon to go and do things. Portland is a beautiful city to spend time in.

i love cannon beach & seaside. db took me there & i also took my cousin there when she came out to visit me. i'm in seattle tho. :(

when i make it down to portland or back to seaside, i will let ya know. i really love going to seaside & cannon beach. there's nothing like the constant roar of the ocean.

I grew up on the southern Oregon coast and also lived in Central Oregon. Have a lot of family and friends all over Oregon. We're in Washington now but we do get down that way occasionally.

I'm from Oregon! I was born in Portland (at OHSU) and lived in Forest Grove until I was in 5th grade, then we moved to Canby where I lived until I was done with high school. All of my family is still in Oregon (my grandparents are in Aurora, not far from Woodburn). I miss living there so much! :sigh

(I have a grandmother, and aunt, uncle and 2 cousins who live in Salem, BTW!)
