As some of you ladies know my husband and I had to stay in Pensacola for three months after Hurricane Katrina. The Navy took money from my husbands check to pay for that bill, we are supposed to get that money back. Do any of you know how long that might take. They finally stopped taking it last month. :)

Unfortunately, it could be awhile. There have been times we have got the money within 1 month and others where it was several months later. :dunno In other words, whenever the Navy gets to it. :lol Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful.

They are usually quick about taking it if you owe them.... might take months if they owe you! :yes

They were really quick about taking it, but we've been out of Pensacola for almost 7 months. I just figured that we would have seen that money already. He has talked to the guys that deal with the pay and stuff on the ship and they keep saying next week, next week, but next week has never came. I was hoping since they finally stopped taking it out of his check we would get it, but it's not here yet.
