Well nothing new for me same shit different day. Actually I went through a "I need to re-organize my closets and storage areas" today. My back is killing me I know I did way too much but I think I am starting the "nesting" period. I hope it goes away before I kill myself. Lets see for the holidays, I am staying in Lemoore for most of the time, but then I am going to see my parents (an hour and a half away). Thank goodness Im still nearby my family, it would be costly for us to be far away. Other then that, thats it for me. What about ya'll?

Gosh I wish I would of read this sooner..... This weekend DH and I went and got our x-mas pictures taken and then went out to eat and saw a movie... it was so nice..!!! This week is my DH's x-mas party and we are moving on Thursday.. so that's it for me..

Man its gotten very quiet around here lately. Must be the holidays or something. Well, we had our adult Christmas Party on Friday at the Elks Lodge. DH and I werent going to go but he was told be a certain superior he had to be there (the only reason DH was going to have to be there was because they were capping people and supposed to do the list of people who advanced after re-calculating there points). Lo and Behold when they did the cap Josh was not called and then they didnt even announce the guys who advanced. Im very irritated at whomever said we had to go. Plus that was $20 we didnt budget in this month. Grrrr....and Josh also had to be up at 3am on Saturday to go and take a test in Stockton (hes trying to get into the highway patrol). Oh well though things have smoothed over Im not as pissed right now. Then Sunday my parents and brother came down with my niece and nephew. I havent seen those two in so long, they both have just gotten cuter and sweeter. It was also the Childrens Christmas Party at the hanger so I took my whole family over there (well I had to be there since Im the FSG Vice President). It was fun the kids had a blast. But anywho now its a new week and getting ready for my baby shower this weekend. My mom is making me put all the games together for it. That poor woman is so busy with things right now. So now that I have bored ya'll to death what is new with you?

Thank goodness because this year definetly had its ups and downs. So any new years resolutions for anyone? Well I'm here, but I forget about the Lemoore section. My resolution has been to get in shape, but I haven't reached that yet so I'll just skip making that one for next yr. If it happens, it happens. If not, I'll be ok. I guess I will make a new one. My resolution for next yr is to study hard and do more active things with my kids such as go on more walks and bike rides with them. I am glad 06 is almost here! We're out of here in April 07 at the latest! Everyone have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Merry Christmas (a bit late I know, slacker). Oh my goodness it is almost 2006. YEAH. Jessica, I had fun today hanging out, I needed time away from Josh. Even though he just got on leave I feel like we have been home together for so long. Oh and part of the reason he was grumpy was because he couldnt figure out what happened to me. He said I was just gone and he knows I told him something but he was only semi-awake when I told it to him. Now we have a new rule right it on the white board in the bedroom. Frankie heck ya Ill let you use me use a model. Nothing like getting a facial every once in awhile and especially since I never do them myself. Whens the next party going to be? maybe this time I wont have something going on. Well New Years was fun, just hung out with people on base. Then yesterday we played poker at my place it was a blast besides the fact that I couldnt really play because people dont watch their children. Grrr....total pet peeve of mine. Does anyone or their DH play poker (texas hold 'em)? We are always looking for people to play tournament style, like $5-10. Its realy cheap and sometimes we allow 1 re-buy and that is whatever the regular buy in was. Anywho, I need to go clean since the house looks like a tornado went through it.

Well for New Years we went to a huge pary..!!! There were probably about 70 people there. You could'nt even move around in the house..!!! I saw alot of High School freinds, and I have seen alot of my family and hung out with my in-laws the whole time, I have been helping my mother in-law clean her whole house..!!!! I am such a neat freak I hate messes!!!!!! I cannot stand people who keep crap and think that they are going to use it someday!!! Drives my insane!!!!

Just thought I'd say hello to everyone. We are finally here! It's so much different than I thought it would be. Anyways hope everyone is doing good. I hope to be able to talk and get to know everyone more now that I'm here.

Well I had my 36 week check up this morning. Once again nothing fun happened. Weight, blood pressure, and everything else is fine with me. I just have been getting some major headaches and dizzyness but the Dr. said if it continues I need to come in when its happening. But if I get anymore I need to come in if I am having contractions (irregular or not) or if I feel like my blood pressure is high. But anywho the babies heartbeat was 147-150 and very steady. She is still head down and facing my spine. The Dr. did say her head is still WAY wedged down in my pelvis. He said he is suprised Im not waddling really bad from it. But I waddle anyways (thanks to my parents). I did get a strep B culture done, it was a very simple swab of both my down there areas. I got to do all my paperwork (pre-registration) so now I dont have to worry about that when I go into labor. Next week the Dr. may check my cervex to see if Im dilated or effaced. But it depends on which Dr. I see. overall, everything went very well. I cant wait for the baby to be born though. I want to meet her already but she still has time to cook.
Josh and I are headed to Sacramento so he can do some more testing for the CHP. I hope everything works out and he makes it but the odds are really against him. Anywho thought I would update about the baby.

My husband and I just transferred here in November--and he just left on deployment this week (6 months on the USS Ronald Reagan)--soo...I don't know a soul here in Lemoore yet (except for my sweet boxer puppy--but she doesn't talk back much so that limits our conversations quite a bit...!) Hoping maybe to meet a few fellow wives to get together for coffee...puppy playdates...gym partner...whatever--just like to MEET some folks!

Hi I am new to Lemoore

Wow so many newbies to the area. We all need to meet up. I guess for the new girls. Im Lara, pregnant with my first little one due February 4th. I will be 21 in April. Ive lived here for about a year now but I grew up about an hour and a half away from here. My family is still very close to me and Im always going up to see them. Umm....what else oh my DH is with VFA-2 and getting ready to leave come March. Our get out date is July of this year and he may or may not re-enlist for shore duty depending on if he makes it into the highway patrol. Enough rambling about myself now.
My little doggy loves to go on play dates especially with bigger dogs. But almost all dogs are bigger then her.
Jessica: Your getting your little puppy so soon. They are great when they are puppies. Then they become dogs, hehe.

Well bad new's with my puppy. He is really sick and he has parvo.. for those of you who dont know parvo is a virus that dogs get a pass it to eachother, basically it eats there insides.. I know gross! I am so sad. The lady said he is eating and drinking water.. which is great.. because most of the time they just quit eating and die. So I am praying for the best. We will know if he is going to make it by Saturday!!
I am still planning on when to have a GTG! I was thinking maybe put luck style..?? Like everyone bring something, just simple stuff, chips, vegies, fruit, cookies.. Is that ok with everyone???

How was everyones weekend?
Mine was good I had my Dr.s appointment Friday, I learned nothing new though. This weekend I went to Fresno to spend time with the family. We had a get together for birthdays and man we had some yummy tri tip. Then I got to see some of my girlfriends from high school on Sunday. Its always nice to hang out and play catch up. This morning I had my first obvious braxton hicks. But now the little girl has to stay put until daddy gets off the boat. My mom has to come down tomorrow to go with me to my childbirth class. She is so awesome I dont know what I would do without her. but I need to go and clean my dogs ears. I have been putting it off but its time now. Anywho chat with ya'll later,

I'm not doing anything either. DH has duty today, and he has to work tomorrow as well. DH is in VFA-97, and they are bringing back the plane that crashed in Miramar, so he has to go in and help with that tomorrow.

Well Josh went and played some poker at the palace (I told him once we got our state income tax back he could) well he actually won some money so he has been wanting to go shopping all weekend. Needless to say we bought stuff for Tara and Josh and nothing for me. I have been really moody especially yesterday and thats unlike me since Josh swears im the nicest pregnant woman so Im hoping that is a sign that I may go into labor soon. Wishful thinking. I have an appointment tomorrow so we will see what the Dr. says about induction and all that good stuff. Jessica- you couldnt help yourself you had to buy something for the baby. How is the puppy doing? Once I get Princess' booster shots done we will have to have puppy play dates. One of the guys in Joshs squadron is getting rid of their doxie and Josh wants him. The wife brought him over and he is not fixed neither is Princess and she is going to be getting fixed because Im not dealing with another heat cycle. My only problem with this dog is he of course marks everything and its yucky so I dont think we will be gettign him. Josh will just have to get over it. So if you are looking for a male mini doxie there is one available hes 2 years old and just a sweetie. Anwyho I will update on my appointment tomorrow.

Well it looks like baby Tara will not be entering the world anytime doon. Her due date is Saturday but she is already starting her stubborness and not listening to her mom, hehe.
My Dr. checked her heartbeat 150s and strong. Also checked my cervex and it has softened Im about a 1 cm dilated and he can feel her head. But then he said I'll be seeing you next week for an appointment. So pretty much dont get my hoped up for anything to happen anytime soon.
I asked him about being induced and he said he doesnt even talk about it until it needs to be talked about and he wont induce me until Im 10 days past my due date. Of course Josh is pissy about that because he has TAPS that week and doesnt want to miss it. I cant wait any longer for this little one to come I want my body back.
Now Josh and I are kind of avoiding each other and the topic but its like I have always said as long as my mom is there I dont care if he is. Not like he will be much help anyway. Probably just piss me off.
I feel like I really need to scream, yell, then cry. I can tell my body is getting ready because of how hormonal I am. Maybe I should go get a yummy ice-cream and I might feel a little better.

Ok so my day today has been alright.. I woke up at about 5:30 went to work came home at 8:00 took the puppy for a LONG walk and then came home and did some programming for work, cleaned up a little, went to the Thrift store bought a desk and some more baby stuff for one of my other friends(she has a boy) and then went to work again and came home.. Now I am doing my homework(procrasinator:)) So that was my day.. not to exciting.

i might join you guys on the screaming and crying thing! Lara its possible we might be in the hospital having our girls at the same time! I've been having contractions since monday morning. They woke me up they were so bad. I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced when they let me go home. They gave me a shot to make them stop but only managed to slow them down to about every 15 mins, and that only lasted about 2 hours!! I'm not going back though, I'm ready for her to be here!! Its awful though. I hurt and I'm grumpy!

A lady I know got induced early and then spent 9 days at valley childrens because the baby's lungs werent developed. When is your due date, I think I heard March at the meeting, but then again I was a little out of it that night. If you need anything at all let me know, Im just a phone call away.

She's pretty much in the clear from what I've read. Just needs help staying warm and might have to be taught to eat. She is due march 24th, but with everything else thats been going on its better for her to come now. My mom who is a nurse is completely on my side with letting things happen like they are, and I trust her on this. Trying to get everything done before things get to much worse, holding out as long as possible before i head back in, so things will be progressed enough for them to keep me, the doctors and nurses at the MIU suck. I really appreciate that though Lara! I'm sure everything will be great though.

heather- wow you really do have time though for that little one to cook. I hope she stays put, but I know how it is to want her out. Luckily, I didnt get that full on get out of me until about 37-38 weeks. Now Im really to the point where I want her out though. But I guess she needs to be there longer. That stinks though that you are having a bad time with the staff at MIU. Who is your dr.?
Jessica- thank you for the onsie and all that. I know last week I didnt want to go but now I do. Im like a little kid with what I want and dont want. One of these days we are going to go though.

Hey Heather Im glad to hear that everything is going better with baby. I know you are leaving for deployment are you going to come back in time for homecoming so your hubby can be one of the first off as a new daddy? That was the sweetest thing to see ever last deployment.

Oh man I miss yard saling and all that. Josh and I started to do that for awhile but I guess he got bored of it. I was gone at my grandparents this weekend and I also went shopping for baby outfits at babiesrus. Thank goodness for tax refunds or I wouldnt get to do it. I had my appointment today thought I would let you ladies know how it went. My blood pressure was great, I put on a bit of weight since last week (oh well Im hungry so I eat), babys heartbeat was 148-150, still head down and ready to go. My Dr. asked if I wanted to be checked and I told him no and he agreed it was pointless since I have no other signs. No contractions nothing. I am supposed to go in Friday or Monday to get checked and decide on the day to induce which will most likely be Monday or Tuesday. The only person available is the midwife and I will not see her for my last appointment. The only appointment they had open was with her on Monday at 2:30 but they said to call back daily to see if anything opens up. As it stands right now I should be getting induced the beginning of next week but wont know until last minute. I wish my body would get in gear and realize its about time to deliver a baby. Oh well, so as of right now I am still going with you Frankie as long as nothing happens between now and then. I asked the Dr. about driving up there and he said to call him Thursday morning and he would ok or not ok it.

hey everyone, sorry I havent posted on here in awhile. Sorry Frankie I couldnt make it Thursday. I would have called you but I didnt have your number with me at the hospital. I had Tara finally. Friday at 6:49AM, 19 1/4 inches long, 7 pounds 2 ounces. She is so beautiful I cant believe she is mine and Joshs. Princess is doing pretty darn good with the adjustment of not being the center of attention. I was really worried about that.

This weekend was eventful.. Saturday morning my husband was really really sick with the stomache flu... I had to take him to the hospital because he couldnt sdtop throwing up!! Its was really bad,he threw up for about 7 hours and then at the hospital they put in an IV and then he slept for while and came home and slept some more and now he is all better.. but just be careful because it's going around!!!!!
Today we went to the New Chilis... it's OK.. and we went to the new Pets Smart.. it's really really nice!!!!!!
So that's been my weekend so far.. hope everyone else is having a great weekend...!!

HEY GALS!! Hows everyone doing??? Well most of you should know that I am back in fresno and have been there for awhile now. I am wanting to do some type of G2G so you all can meet Jacob finally!!! Its been so long since ive seen you all. IF you all have any suggestions of a G2G that would be great.

Ive been thinking about having a get together at my place sometime but my house is really not kid friendly. Kids can come too but my house is not fun at all. Man I had to go to the er since im too far away from base and i got mastisis or whatever its called. its an infection of the tissue in my breast, but antiobitoics should take care of it right away. then i noticed my dog had some nasty weird thing right at her claws. well her vet bill and meds were almost 150 bucks. there goes saving a little extra this pay day. so how is everyone?

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I started leaking fluid at 5 friday morning (the 17th). Went to the doctor and I was 3 cms and he said my membranes had ruptured. Had 2 shots of something for pain (mostly just to take the edge off) in my iv, the last being at like 5:30, and at 8 they came in to check and I was 10cms. Kayla grabbed the midwifes finger was she was trying to check! She had to actually get her hand back down before i could start pushing. But I only had to push an hour, she was born at 9:04. 6lbs 4 oz, 18 1/2 inches long. I'm so glad she stayed in longer, only 1 week early.

Hello everyone! If y'all want to start a walking group, let me know. We can go to the gym too, if y'all want to. I need to get going again. My goodness, I am just gaining and not losing! I have class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-10:20 and on Mon and Wed nights from 6-8, but I am available any other time before 2:00 and after 4:00. I can't gain any more weight, this is ridiculous. I plan on looking for a FT job in June, but until then I am free most of the day.

Ive been trying to walk on the days when it hasnt been raining. Im down with some walking buddies.
