Okay, we are going to be moving into housing for the first time when we move to NH in January. I have heard conflicting answers as to how many bedrooms we can get in housing. It is PPV housing (if that matters) and I have 2 kids, a boy and girl, that will be 1 and 2 when we move. Any know for sure if we will have to have a 3 bedroom or if we can get a 4?

With PPV a lot depends on what is available... I think you'll most likely end up with a 3 bedroom though.

You will more than likely get a 3 bedroom.... IF by any chance there arent any 3 bedrooms available.. your children are young enough to share a room still... so they could also stick you with a 2 bedroom... I know here in the housing I live in... if I had 2 kids in my 2 bedroom place they wouldnt move me to a 3 bedroom until my kids were a certain age.. Like 6 and above I believe.
Anywho you should more than likely get a 3 bedroom.

The rule here is the kids can share a bedroom unless there's at least 5 years age difference.

From all my experiences with PPV, they do no use the bedroom/kid rule. You could end up with a 2, 3, or 4. But you can request a certain one and turn others down that they offer.

As much as I'd like to have a guestroom/office, I know we won't be in a 3 bedroom out in San Diego, unless someone works a miracle..LOL.. Since it's just DH, our daughter and I...

I called Leslie...she said they will give you 2-3 on what's available. She worked for them up there when they were in the shipyard..She says it is nice but COLD during the winter. What did they say?

Haven't gotten an answer yet...I'll let you know. If they try sticking us in a 2 bedroom we'll rent out in town. No way are we taking a 2.
