I'm just wondering why some woman don't find out that they are pregnate until they are 8 or so weeks, and some find out sooner? When did you find out?

Some people dont feel sick nor miss periods in the beginning. Or some people have irrigular periods to begin with so they just dont realize. Some people are too busy to notice its been a couple of months.

I knew at 4 weeks from my last period but I was only actually 2 weeks pregnant.

:agree I knew the day I missed my period that I was pregnant, because I'd never been late. After that came the horrid "all day" sickness for four months.

I found out when I was about 4 weeks. I had missed my period and I was having really bad cramping so I decided to take a test.

I was four months when I found out I was with my daughter. The only way I did find out was I had some blood work done and they found out. I had not gained any weight yet and I still had my period. I had my period until I was six months with my daughter. I did not understand any of that either. My doctor said that some women may still have a period the whole time.:screwy

I was 6 weeks pregnant when I found out. My period had been irregular for the previous 5 months as well so I didn't think much of it. I had made an appointment with my doc to find out what could cause it since prior to that I had been always perfectly on schedule and never off by more than a day which hardly ever happened. And the 'medical' reason that time was pregnancy.

i don't remember with madison exactly... i was late on my period and by the time i took a home test i was a week late and knew i was anyhow. i just did the home test so that i could tell the hospital i had a positive one and they could set things up.

with hayden i knew before i tested too but got a positive test on the first day of what should have been my period but of course i wasn't having one.

Every time I found out they said I was about 4 weeks along. All my children were just over a week pasdt due so maybe I was finding out earlier than they were saying.

With my first I found out by chance--I took a test with a friend of mine-she thought she was and she was scared of the needles. LOL

With my second--I never missed a period--I just took a test cause I felt yucky

With my third--I was moving and such--kept feeling like crappy so I took a test in the walmart bathroom (we were staying at the hotel) and it was positive

with my fourth--I had flu bug and the nest couple of days I felt like crap took and test and bam I was pregnant.

WOW! That's kind of scary! My biggest thing is that I work out, and we are trying, so I would hate to harm the baby if I "became" pregnate.lol

I have found out between 2 and 4 weeks with all my kids, I never missed my period before finding out. I wouldn't worry about working out, it is good for you to continue to excercise no matter what.

I found out when I was 5 weeks along. When I'm not on BC, my cycles are long, so I often don't get my period until day 33 or 34 of my cycle. Usually if it's running long, if I take a test, my period will start that day or the next (probably helps me relax know pretty much for sure I'm not preggo so my body can then do it's thing). So when I hit day 35 of my cycle (which has happened a few times before without being preggo), I took a test to help start my period, only that one came out positive...
