How old were you and your SO when you had your children?
If you don't have children, how old do you want to be when you do?

-Me and my dh had a talk tonight. We want to have 2, one when I'm 24 and the other one a year later. So, that's 5 years from now.

I was 24 when DD was born, and DH was 25. I had wanted to be 25 when I had my first kid, but I was only 3 months shy of 25 when DD was born, so that was close enough for me....

I dont have any kids and we arent sure exactly when we want kids. All we know is right now isnt the time. I'd say another 3 or 4 years maybe so I will be 25 or 26 and DH will be 22 or 23. Who knows might be sooner might be later hehe. :)

I had always said 25 and that is what DH and I were planning on until I got pregnant (while on bc). I will be either 23 or 24. EDD is 3 days before my bday

I'm going to be 26 in September and I still don't have any children. Just not ready yet. ;)

I had Emily when I was 21 and Noah when I was 26. They were both planned and we knew we wanted to have children while we were in our twenties. It worked out great, because since we are done, we will still be young enough to do what we want when they are 18. I will be 40 when Emily is 18, so it's perfect :)

We're gonna start trying in the next yr or so. I guess I'll be 26-27

I would love to have children when I am done with school in two years. But I would love to have a child anytime the lord decides to bless me with one.

i was 18 when i had josh and 20 when i had ashley (the xdh was 20 and 22)

I was 22 with my son & 23 with my daughter. I personally have enjoyed having them so young, I'll be 41 when my youngest is 18! Woohoo!!! Still young enough to enjoy single life with my hubby!

I had my first at 19 and my second at 21. I always wanted to be a young mum for alot of reasons...although growing up I never imagined being that young. MacKray was kind of planned. We weren't actively trying but we weren't preventing. Bradley was a big surprise.

I was 18 with my first, 20 with my second and will be 22 with our third and last baby. DH is one year older then me. Some people think we are crazy but we like being young parents.

We started trying when we were 19 and 21 (when we met and married) We never used protection etc. Infertility ha dother plans but after I was diagnosed and on the right fertility medication combo we had our son when I was 29! This one I will be 31 one when he or she is born and then I will be getting a tubal

I was a month shy of my 20th birthday when my son was born. I didn't know DH at the time.

I was 24 when I had Ericka and will be 27 when I have ds. Dh was 28 when I had Ericka and will be 31 when ds is born. I don't want to have any children in my 30's so if I have one more I have a little more than 2 years to work on it after ds is born.

DF & I use to say we wanted them while we are in our twenties. But we're loving the "just us" life so much, we're most likely going to put it off until we're even more financially secure & done traveling together.

But then again-I believe God will give us a child when He thinks we're ready :yes

I was 18 and John was 23 when I got pregnant with Breanna. I was 19 and John was 24 when she was born.

we want both our kids before i'm 30 and before he's 31. he's 3 years older than me and we are going to start trying our last year and a half in so i'll about 25 when we get out (depending exactly when) and he'll be 28.

I was 21 with Dennis and 23 with Dominick (exh was almost 20 and 22). I was 30 with John and DH was 31.

if AJ decides to only do his 5 years in then i want to have kids once he is out... so i will be 23 when he gets out and he will be 25 a month after he gets out... then we can start trying... but if he stays in... we will just not try not prevent...

I'll be 20 in a month and my db is 23 and we both want kids in the near future.

I had my first son on my 19th b-day my ex husband was 23. I had my second son when I was 21 and Tony was 25 and I had my third when I was 22 and Tony was 26.

i was 21 (1 week shy off 22) when z was born... my exH was 21 as well...

i am 25 and jas is almost 27... but we will start trying next year... so we'll be either 26 or 27 and 27 or 28....

I was just barley 23 when my DS was born and Dh was also 23, i'm not sure when we are going to plan to have another one. DH gets out next year part of us wants to before he's out but part of us wants to wait until he is done with school in 3 years, i just don't know if i want my kids that far apart.... so i guess we will see? ;)

I was 19 when I had my son in 97 and 20 when I had my daughter in 99. My husband is a yr older than me. I'll be 28 when I have this kid.

I always said I wanted kids very young so I could still be young when they are older but now I think I can stil wait a little bit longer. I'm turning 27 soon and dh's turning 28 next month. We both LOVE kids so if they come soon then AWESOME! :) if not that's great too.

i totally want kids now, i'm 21, and from all the posts, it seems like a lot of people had kids around that age, but my husband thinks we're too young. that no one really "plans" to have kids that young. he is so dumb sometimes! ah, but ya gotta love him...

22 and I'm now 28 hoping for another.
